REGULATING ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNICAL STANDARDS
IN THE HANOI CAPITAL CITY AREA

Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to the Law on the Capital City promulgated on November 21, 2012;
Based on Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions
Pursuant to Decree No. 21/2013/NĐ-CP dated March 4, 2013, promulgated by the Government, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
AT THE REQUEST OF THE HANOI CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE ENVIRONMENT ADMINISTRATION GENERAL DEPARTMENT, AND THE HEAD OF THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT;
THE MINISTER OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT ISSUES AGRRES THE CIRCULAR REGULATING ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNICAL STANDARDS IN THE HANOI CAPITAL CITY AREA,
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR ARE 05 ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNICAL STANDARDS IN THE HANOI CAPITAL CITY AREA:
1. TECHNICAL STANDARD ON INDUSTRIAL EMISSIONS FOR DUST AND INORGANIC SUBSTANCES IN THE HANOI CAPITAL CITY AREA (QCTDHN 01:2014/BTNMT).
2. TECHNICAL STANDARD ON INDUSTRIAL WASTEWATER IN THE HANOI CAPITAL CITY AREA (QCTDHN 02:2014/BTNMT).
3. TECHNICAL STANDARD ON INDUSTRIAL EMISSIONS FOR CEMENT PRODUCTION IN THE HANOI CAPITAL CITY AREA (QCTDHN 03:2014/BTNMT).
4. TECHNICAL STANDARD ON INDUSTRIAL WASTEWATER FOR TEXTILE INDUSTRY IN THE HANOI CAPITAL CITY AREA (QCTDHN 04:2014/BTNMT).
5. TECHNICAL STANDARD ON INDUSTRIAL WASTEWATER FOR PAPER AND PULP INDUSTRY IN THE HANOI CAPITAL CITY AREA (QCTDHN 05:2014/BTNMT).
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from January 1, 2015.
Article 3. THE DIRECTOR OF THE ENVIRONMENT ADMINISTRATION GENERAL DEPARTMENT, THE HEADS OF UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE HANOI ENVIRONMENT RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT, AND RELATED ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
