CIRCULAR

Issuing National Technical Regulations on Road Signs

BASED ON THE ROAD TRAFFIC ORDER AND SAFETY LAW dated June 27, 2024;

Pursuant to the Road Law dated June 27, 2024;

Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;

BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 56/2022/ND-CP dated August 24, 2022 of THE GOVERNMENT stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of THE MINISTRY OF TRANSPORT;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science, Technology, and Environment and the Director of the Vietnam Highway Administration;

The Minister of Transport issues this Circular to issue National Technical Regulations on Road Signs.

Article 1. Attached hereto are the National Technical Regulations on Road Signs

Number: QCVN 41:2024/BGTVT.

Article 2. Implementation clause

1. This Circular shall take effect from January 1, 2025.

2. This Circular replaces Circular No. 54/2019/TT-BGTVT dated December 31, 2019 issued by the Minister of Transport on National Technical Regulations on Road Signs QCVN 41:2019/BGTVT.
