REGARDING THE ADOPTION OF THE FOREST PLANTATION DESIGN PROCEDURE
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science, Technology and Agricultural Extension, and the Director of the Forest Development Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The attached "Forest Plantation Design Procedure" is hereby adopted with this Decision.
Article 2. The Forest Plantation Design Procedure above shall be applied to production and business units under all economic sectors that carry out forest plantation using state budget funds and preferential loans.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, Directors of Departments, Units, Institutes under the Ministry, and Directors of Provincial Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development are responsible for implementing this Decision.
