Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 30/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 1, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of agencies under the Government;
Pursuant to Decree No. 122/2005/NĐ-CP dated October 4, 2005 of the Government stipulating the organization of competition and reward work;
Considering the proposal of the General Director of the Vietnam Social Security and the Minister of Home Affairs,

Article 1. The Competition and Reward Board under the Vietnam Social Security is hereby established
Article 2. The General Director of the Vietnam Social Security shall specify in detail the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Competition and Reward Board.
