DECISION
Issuing Tariffs for Telecommunication Trunk Line Leasing Services
THE MINISTER OF POST AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS
Pursuant to Decree No. 90/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications;
Pursuant to Decision No. 99/1998/QĐ-TTg dated May 26, 1998 of the Prime Minister on price and postal and telecommunications tariff management;
Pursuant to Circular No. 03/1999/TT-TCBĐ dated May 11, 1999 of the General Director of the Posts and Telecommunications Administration guiding the implementation of Decree No. 109-CP dated November 12, 1997 of the Government on Posts and Telecommunications and Decision No. 99/1998/QĐ-TTg dated May 26, 1998 of the Prime Minister on price and tariff management for posts and telecommunications;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Planning and Finance,
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision attaches the tariff table for leasing inter-provincial telecommunication trunk lines (with attached tariff table).
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from April 1, 2003 and replaces Decision No. 490/2001/QĐ-TCBĐ dated June 21, 2001 of the Posts and Telecommunications Administration on issuing the tariff table for domestic telecommunication trunk line leasing services.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office, Department Heads of the Planning and Finance Department, Heads of units under the Posts and Telecommunications Ministry; General Directors, Directors of enterprises providing telecommunication trunk line leasing services and Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision.
