BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 36/2012/NĐ-CP OF APRIL 18, 2012 PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF MINISTRIES AND GOVERNMENT AGENCIES EQUIVALENT TO MINISTRIES;
Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 75/2006/NĐ-CP OF AUGUST 2, 2006 DETAILING AND GUIDING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE EDUCATION LAW AND THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 31/2011/NĐ-CP OF MAY 11, 2011 AMENDING AND COMPLEMENTING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 75/2006/NĐ-CP OF AUGUST 2, 2006 DETAILING AND GUIDING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE EDUCATION LAW;
AFTER CONSIDERING THE OPINION OF THE CENTRAL COMMITTEE OF THE COMMUNIST YOUTH LEAGUE IN THE LETTER NO. 61/HĐĐTW DATED MAY 30, 2012 REGARDING THE SUGGESTIONS FOR THE DRAFT CIRCULAR ISSUING THE REGULATIONS ON THE COMPETITION FOR OUTSTANDING COMMUNIST YOUTH LEAGUE UNIT HEAD TEACHERS;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Teacher and Educational Institution Management Bureau,
THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING ISSUES THIS CIRCULAR TO REGULATE THE REGULATIONS ON THE COMPETITION FOR OUTSTANDING COMMUNIST YOUTH LEAGUE UNIT HEAD TEACHERS.
Article 1. ATTACHED HERETO ARE THE REGULATIONS ON THE COMPETITION FOR OUTSTANDING COMMUNIST YOUTH LEAGUE UNIT HEAD TEACHERS.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM FEBRUARY 30, 2013.
Article 3. THE DIRECTOR OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, DIRECTORS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF TEACHERS AND SCHOOL MANAGEMENT STAFF, HEADS OF MINISTRY’S UNITS INVOLVED, CHAIRMEN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES OF PROVINCES AND MUNICIPALITIES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, DIRECTORS OF PROVINCE EDUCATION AND TRAINING DEPARTMENTS, ASSOCIATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
