Regulations on technological processes and economic-technical norms for receiving and processing VNREDSat-1 images

Pursuant to Decree No. 21/2013/NĐ-CP dated March 4, 2013 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;

Pursuant to Decision No. 81/2010/QĐ-TTg dated December 13, 2010 of the Prime Minister regarding the reception, processing, exploitation, and utilization of national remote sensing data;

Pursuant to Decision No. 76/2014/QD-TTg dated December 24, 2014 of the Prime Minister amending and supplementing certain articles of Decision No. 81/2010/QĐ-TTg dated December 13, 2010 of the Prime Minister regarding the reception, storage, processing, exploitation, and utilization of national remote sensing data;

At the proposal of the Director of the National Remote Sensing Center, the Head of the Science and Technology Department, the Head of the Planning Department, and the Head of the Legal Department;

The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment promulgates this Circular stipulating the technological processes and economic-technical norms for receiving and processing VNREDSat-1 images.

Article 1. Attached to this Circular are the Technological Processes and Economic-Technical Norms for Receiving and Processing VNREDSat-1 Images.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from February 16, 2017.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, governmental agencies, provincial people's committees, the Director of the National Remote Sensing Center, heads of units under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Directors of Provincial Natural Resources and Environment Departments under the central government, and organizations and individuals related to this matter shall be responsible for implementing this Circular.

In the course of implementation, if there are difficulties or obstacles, they are requested to report to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment for consideration and decision./.
