CIRCULAR

Issuing the Regulation on the Operation of the Ministry of National Defense

Pursuant to the Law on Legal Documents promulgation dated June 22, 2015; Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing a number of articles and measures for implementing the Law on Legal Documents promulgation;

Pursuant to Decree No. 138/2016/NĐ-CP dated October 1, 2016 of the Government issuing the Regulation on the Operation of the Government;

Pursuant to Decree No. 35/2013/NĐ-CP dated April 22, 2013 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of National Defense;

At the proposal of the Director of the General Office of the Ministry of National Defense;

The Minister of National Defense issues this Circular to issue the Regulation on the Operation of the Ministry of National Defense.

Article 1. This Circular hereby promulgates the Regulation on the Operation of the Ministry of National Defense attached hereto.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from May 1, 2017 and replaces Decision No. 168/2008/QĐ-BQP dated December 19, 2008 of the Minister of National Defense on issuing the Regulation on the Operation of the Ministry of National Defense.

Agencies and units shall issue regulations on their operations in accordance with the Regulation on the Operation of the Ministry of National Defense.

Article 3. The Minister, Deputy Ministers, commanders of agencies and units, and relevant individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.

The Director of the General Office of the Ministry of National Defense is responsible for supervising and inspecting the implementation of the Regulation on the Operation of the Ministry of National Defense./.
