MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT

Pursuant to the Quality Goods Ordinance dated December 24, 1999;

Pursuant to Decree No. 22/CP dated May 22, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment;

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/CP dated December 8, 1995 of the Government stipulating the division of responsibilities for state management of product quality;

Pursuant to the proposal of the Ministry of Fisheries in Circular No. 2805 TS/KHCN dated September 20, 2001;

At the request of the Director General of the Standardization, Measurement, and Quality Control Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. Remove aquatic products for export from the List of goods subject to state quality inspection upon import and export issued together with Decision No. 117/2000/QD-BKHCNMT dated January 26, 2001 of the Minister of Science, Technology and Environment.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature.

Article 3. The Director of the General Department of Standardization, Metrology and Quality and relevant State agencies shall organize, guide and supervise the implementation of this Decision.
