THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS Decision No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
WHEREAS Decision No. 86/CP dated December 8, 1995 of the Government stipulating the division of responsibilities for state management of product quality;
CONSIDERING the proposal of the Director of the Science, Technology, and Product Quality Department;

Article 1. Now promulgates the following industry standard:
10TCN 458-2001: Black tea processing - Technical requirements
10TCN 459-2001: Black tea processing - Technical requirements
10TCN 460-2001: Flower and scented tea - Determination of sensory criteria by scoring method.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature..
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Science, Technology, and Product Quality Department, and the leaders of relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
