Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decision No. 58/2002/QĐ-TTg dated April 26, 2002 of the Prime Minister on issuing criteria and classification lists for state-owned enterprises and state-owned corporations;
Considering the proposal of the Board of Directors of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Corporation, opinions of the Ministries of Industry, Planning and Investment, Finance, Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs,
Considering the proposal of the People's Committee of Lam Dong Province at Circular No. 1444/TT-UB; opinions of the Ministries of Planning and Investment, Finance, Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, Home Affairs,
DECISION:
Article 1. Approves the overall plan for the reorganization and modernization of state-owned enterprises under the People's Committee of Lam Dong Province for the period 2003-2005 as attached in the appendix.
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Lam Dong Province shall be responsible for directing the implementation of the reorganization and modernization of state-owned enterprises under its jurisdiction in accordance with the approved content and schedule. Any adjustments or supplements must be approved by the Prime Minister.
Article 3. The Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, and related ministries and localities shall be responsible for coordinating with the People's Committee of Lam Dong Province in implementing this Plan according to current procedures and regulations.
The Steering Committee for Enterprise Reform and Development shall be responsible for directing, urging, guiding, and monitoring the implementation of this Plan, and simultaneously recommending solutions to overcome difficulties during the implementation process to the Prime Minister.
Article 4. This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Lam Dong Province and the heads of relevant agencies are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
