Regarding the issuance of the Provision on Announcing the Closure and Opening of Railway Stations

BASED ON THE PROPOSAL OF THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORTATION;
Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
At the proposal of the Director of the Vietnam Railways Administration and the Director of the Transport Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Provision on Announcing the Closure and Opening of Railway Stations is hereby promulgated along with this Decision.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office, Inspectorate of the Ministry, Directors of all Departments, Director of the Vietnam Railways Administration, Heads of agencies, units, and individuals concerned shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
