CIRCULAR
ISSUING THE LIST OF AGRICULTURAL AND FISHERY PRODUCTS ELIGIBLE FOR SUPPORT UNDER DECISION NO. 01/2012/QD-TTg OF JANUARY 9, 2012, OF THE GOVERNMENT ON CERTAIN SUPPORT POLICIES FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF GOOD AGRICULTURAL PRACTICES IN AGRICULTURE, FORESTRY, AND FISHERIES
Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Decree No. 75/2009/NĐ-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Implementing Decision No. 01/2012/QĐ-TTg dated January 9, 2012 of the Prime Minister on certain support policies for the implementation of good agricultural practices in agriculture, forestry, and fisheries.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development hereby issues the List of agricultural and fishery products eligible for support under Decision No. 01/2012/QĐ-TTg dated January 9, 2012 of the Prime Minister on certain support policies for the implementation of good agricultural practices in agriculture, forestry, and fisheries (Decision No. 01/2012/QĐ-TTg) as follows:
Article 1. Agricultural and fishery products selected for inclusion in the list of supported products under Decision No. 01/2012/QĐ-TTg must meet the following two conditions:
1. The product has a National Technical Regulation on food safety assurance during production, processing, or VietGAP or other GAP, or organic agricultural standards published by the Ministry of Science and Technology, or other organic agricultural standards recognized for application by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
2. The product is a key product with domestic market demand or export markets.
Article 2. List of agricultural and fishery products eligible for support under Decision No. 01/2012/QĐ-TTg
1. Crop products: vegetables, fruits, tea, coffee, pepper, rice;
2. Livestock products: pigs, poultry, aquatic animals, dairy cows, bees;
3. Fishery products: tra catfish, black tiger shrimp, whiteleg shrimp, tilapia.
Article 3. Implementation Provisions
1. This Circular takes effect from December 12, 2012.
2. During its implementation, if there are difficulties or obstacles, agencies, organizations, and individuals should report them to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for timely revision and supplementation to ensure appropriateness.
3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the General Director of the Fisheries General Department, the Director of the Crop Production Department, the Director of the Livestock Production Department, the Head of the Legal Affairs Department, the Heads of units under the Ministry, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
