THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP, January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Resolution No. 53/2007/NQ-CP, November 7, 2007 of the Government issuing the Action Program of the Government to implement the Resolution of the Fifth Plenary Session of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam's Tenth Congress on accelerating administrative reform and enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of state management;
Pursuant to Decision No. 94/2006/QD-TTg, April 27, 2006 of the Prime Minister approving the national administrative reform plan for the period 2006-2010;
At the proposal of the Director of the Office,
DECISION:
Article 1. Attached to this Decision is the administrative reform plan of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for the period 2008-2010. The full text of the Plan is published on the website www.mard.gov.vn and has the same validity as the original.
Article 2. Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry shall, based on the administrative reform plan of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for the period 2008-2010 according to their assigned functions and tasks, be responsible for detailing it into specific administrative reform tasks of their agencies and units and organizing its implementation.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature and replaces Decision No. 3379/QD-BNN-VP, November 8, 2006 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on issuing the administrative reform plan of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for the period 2006-2010 and Decision No. 574/QD-BTS, July 19, 2006 of the Minister of Fisheries on issuing the national administrative reform plan of the Ministry of Fisheries for the period 2006-2010.
Article 4. The Director of the Office, Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
