Pursuant to the Law on Organization of Local Administration dated June 19, 2015;
Pursuant to the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on the Organization of the Government and the Law on the Organization of Local Administration 2019;

Pursuant to Decision No. 338/QĐ-LĐTBXH dated March 17, 2021 of the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs on announcing new administrative procedures issued, amended and supplemented, and abolished in the labor and salary sector within the scope of State management functions of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Industrial Zone Management Board,
DECISION:
Article 1. Annexed herewith is the list of new administrative procedures issued and administrative procedures abolished in the investment and labor sectors under the jurisdiction of the Lam Dong Province Industrial Zone Management Board, specifically as follows:
- Issuing 25 new administrative procedures;
- Abolishing 30 administrative procedures at Section I. Investment Sector, items 01-26; Section III. Labor Sector, items 01-04 in the list of administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of the Industrial Zone Management Board issued pursuant to Decision No. 411/QĐ-UBND dated March 5, 2021 of the Chairman of the Lam Dong Province People's Committee., The Secretary of the Lam Dong Province People's Committee, the Director of the Industrial Zone Management Board and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
