On the basis of the Quality of Goods Ordinance dated December 24, 1999;
On the basis of the Government Decree No. 90/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications;
On the basis of the Government Decree No. 179/2004/NĐ-CP dated October 21, 2004 stipulating state management over product and commodity quality;

Article 1. Attached to this Decision are 2 Industry Standards:
1. Telecommunication peripheral works - Technical specifications, Code TCN 68 - 254: 2006;
2. Public ground-based mobile telephone stations - Method for measuring electromagnetic field exposure levels, Code TCN 68 - 255:2006.
Article 2. The Industry Standards mentioned in Article 1 shall be mandatory standards.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 4. The Director of the Office, Heads of Science and Technology Departments, Heads of subordinate agencies and units under the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
