THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE

CamendWHEREAS, định number 189/2007/N3. Amend Clause 3 Article 2 as follows:-CP dated December 27,amendm 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;

Pursuant to the Electricity Law dated December 3, 2004 of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;

Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006 of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;

WHEREAS, Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Technical Standards and Regulations;

Pursuant to Circular No. 23/2007/TT-BKHCN dated September 28, 2007 of the Ministry of Science and Technology guiding the development, review, and issuance of technical regulations;

Pursuant to the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. Attached hereto with this Decision is the set of National Technical Regulations on Electrical Engineering as follows:

- Volume 5: Testing of electrical equipment systems

Code: QCVN QTĐ-5: 2008/BCT

- Volume 6: Operation and maintenance of electrical equipment systems

Code: QCVN QTĐ-6: 2008/BCT

- Volume 7: Construction of electrical works

Code: QCVN QTĐ-7: 2008/BCT

(Volumes 1, 2, 3, and 4 have been issued pursuant to Decision No. 19/2006/QĐ-BCN dated July 11, 2006 of the Minister of Industry on Electrical Equipment Regulations).

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect six months from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. The above set of Technical Regulations will replace the Construction Standard for Electrical Works TCN -1 -84, the Operating Regulations for Power Plants and Grids QPNL-01-90, and the Industry Standard on Weight and Testing, Acceptance, and Handover of Electrical Works TCN-26-87.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
