Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and Decree No. 75/2009/NĐ-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decree No. 33/2005/NĐ-CP of the Government dated March 15, 2005 detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Veterinary Law, and Decree No. 119/2008/NĐ-CP dated November 28, 2008 amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 33/2005/NĐ-CP;
Pursuant to Circular No. 38/2010/TT-BNNPTNT dated June 28, 2010 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development stipulating the management of plant protection chemicals;
At the proposal of the Director of the Plant Protection Department;
The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development issues this Circular amending and supplementing certain contents of Circular No. 10/2012/TT-BNNPTNT dated February 22, 2012 on the list of plant protection chemicals permitted for use, restricted use, and prohibited use in Vietnam and Circular No. 22/2012/TT-BNNPTNT dated June 5, 2012 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on amending and supplementing certain articles of Circular No. 10/2012/TT-BNNPTNT dated February 22, 2012.

Article 1. Amending and supplementing certain contents of Circular No. 10/2012/TT-BNNPTNT dated February 22, 2012 and Circular No. 22/2012/TT-BNNPTNT dated June 5, 2012 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on amending and supplementing certain articles of Circular No. 10/2012/TT-BNNPTNT dated February 22, 2012 include:

1. Amending the name of the registering organization, trade name, method of recording active ingredient content, active substance content, form of drug, Appendix 1 attached.

2. Official registration: five cases (including one insecticide, four fungicides) into the list of plant protection chemicals permitted for use in Vietnam, Appendix 2 attached.

3. Supplementary registration: 290 cases (including 114 insecticides, 129 fungicides, 27 herbicides, nine growth regulators, eleven snail killers) into the list of plant protection chemicals permitted for use in Vietnam, Appendix 3 attached.

Article 2. The Director of the Plant Protection Department, the Head of the Ministry's Office, the Heads of units under the Ministry, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.

Article 3. This Circular takes effect from December 14, 2012./.
