At the proposal of the Director of the Office, the Heads of the Science and Training Department, the Legal Affairs Department, the Inspectorate Chief - Ministry of Health, and the Director of the Food Safety and Quality Management Bureau,

Article 1. This Decision hereby promulgates the "Technical Standards for Determining Certain Pesticides (PPC) in the Organic Phosphate Group Using Thin Layer Chromatography and Gas Chromatography Methods" attached hereto.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of issuance.

Article 3. The Directors of the Office, the Inspectorate, the Heads of the Departments: Science and Training, Legal Affairs, Preventive Medicine - Ministry of Health; the Director of the Food Safety and Quality Management Bureau, the Directors of Health Services of provinces and centrally governed cities, and the Heads of units under the Ministry of Health are responsible for implementing this Decision.
