Pursuant to Decree No. 68/CP dated October 11, 1993 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/CP dated December 8, 1995 of the Government on the division of responsibilities for state management of product quality;

Pursuant to Decision No. 14/1999/QĐ-TTg dated February 4, 1999 of the Prime Minister establishing the National Food Safety Quality Control Agency;

At the proposal of the Director of the Office, the Head of the Science and Training Department, the Head of the Legal Affairs Department, the Inspector General of the Ministry of Health, and the Director of the Food Safety and Quality Control Bureau,

Pursuant to …;

Article 1. The "Technical Guidelines for Qualitative and Semi-Quantitative Testing of Aflatoxin Mycotoxins" in food are hereby issued together with this Decision.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of issuance.

Article 3. The following officials are responsible for implementing this Decision: the Director of the Office, the Inspector General, Heads of the Departments of Science and Training, Legal Affairs, and Preventive Medicine of the Ministry of Health; the Director of the Food Safety and Quality Control Bureau; Directors of Health Departments of provinces and centrally governed cities; and Heads of units under the Ministry of Health.
