Pursuant to Decree No. 68/CP dated October 11, 1993 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/CP dated December 8, 1995 of the Government on the division of responsibilities for state management of product quality;
Pursuant to Decision No. 14/1999/QĐ-TTg dated February 4, 1999 of the Prime Minister establishing the National Food Safety Quality Control Agency;
At the proposal of the Director of the Office, the Head of the Science and Training Department, the Head of the Legal Affairs Department, the Inspector General of the Ministry of Health, and the Director of the Food Safety and Quality Control Bureau,
