Pursuant to the Customs Law No. 29/2001/QH10 dated June 29, 2001 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Customs Law No. 42/2005/QH11 dated June 14, 2005;

Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

Pursuant to Decree No. 154/2005/NĐ-CP dated December 15, 2005 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Customs Law on customs procedures, inspection, and supervision;

Pursuant to the guidance of the Prime Minister in Document No. 5291/VPCP-CCHC dated September 22, 2006 regarding the use of new entry/exit declaration forms;

Considering the proposal of the General Director of the General Department of Customs,

DECISION:

Article 1: Repeals two (2) entry/exit declaration forms (one in Vietnamese and one in English) prescribed in Article 1 of Decision No. 29/2006/QD-BTC dated May 8, 2006 of the Ministry of Finance:

The use, printing, issuance, and management of bilingual Vietnamese and English entry/exit declaration forms prescribed in Decision No. 42/2006/QD-BTC dated August 18, 2006 of the Ministry of Finance shall be carried out according to the guidelines for the use, printing, issuance, and management of entry/exit declaration forms prescribed in Decision No. 29/2006/QD-BTC dated May 8, 2006 of the Ministry of Finance.

Article 2: This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3: Director General of the General Department of Customs, Heads of units under the Ministry of Finance, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
