On the basis of the Cultural Heritage Law and Decree No. 92/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Cultural Heritage Law;
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
CONSIDERING the Proposal No. 3288/UBND dated December 14, 2005, of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh Province and the dossier on the historical relic;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Cultural Heritage.

Article 1. Classification of national monuments:
HISTORICAL RELIC CHUA NGOA VAN COMMUNE BINH KEI, DONG TRIEU DISTRICT, QUANG NINH PROVINCE
The protected area of the monument shall be determined according to the Minutes and map of the protected areas of the monument in the dossier.
Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the relics classified under Article 1 of this Decision shall perform state management over the historical relic Chua Ngoa Van within their respective duties and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Director of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh Province, the Director of the Department of Culture and Information of Quang Ninh Province, and other relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
