REGARDING THE AWARD OF THE GOVERNMENT'S FLAG OF MERIT

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
BASED ON THE LAW ON COMPETITION AND RECOGNITION, NOVEMBER 26, 2003, AND THE LAW AMENDING AND COMPLEMENTING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE LAW ON COMPETITION AND RECOGNITION, JUNE 14, 2005;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 121/2005/NĐ-CP, SEPTEMBER 30, 2005, OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING DETAILED REGULATIONS AND GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE LAW ON COMPETITION AND RECOGNITION AND THE LAW AMENDING AND COMPLEMENTING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE LAW ON COMPETITION AND RECOGNITION;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF TUYEN QUANG PROVINCE (PAPER NO. 09/TTr-UBND, APRIL 11, 2008) AND THE HEAD OF THE NATIONAL COMPETITION AND RECOGNITION BOARD (PAPER NO. 553/TTr-BTĐKT, MAY 7, 2008),
DECISION:
Article 1. AWARDS THE GOVERNMENT'S FLAG OF MERIT TO:
1. THE PROPAGANDA DEPARTMENT OF THE TUYEN QUANG PROVINCE PARTY COMMITTEE;
2. THE ASSOCIATION OF RURAL DEVELOPMENT OF TUYEN QUANG PROVINCE,
FOR OUTSTANDINGLY COMPLETING ALL TASKS AND LEADING THE COMPETITION AND LOVE FOR THE COUNTRY MOVEMENT IN TUYEN QUANG PROVINCE IN 2007.
Article 2. THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF TUYEN QUANG PROVINCE, THE HEAD OF THE NATIONAL COMPETITION AND RECOGNITION BOARD, AND THE COLLECTIVE LISTED IN ARTICLE 1 SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION.
