ISSUING REGULATIONS ON THE ORGANIZATION AND OPERATIONS OF THE IN PRINTING COLLEGE
MINISTER OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS
Pursuant to the Education Law dated June 14, 2005;
WHEREAS, Decree No. 178/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 3, 2007 of the Government stipulates the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 187/2007/NĐ-CP OF DECEMBER 25, 2007 ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS;
WHEREAS, Decision No. 370/QĐ-TTg dated April 10, 2008 of the Prime Minister on units under the Ministry of Information and Communications;
WHEREAS, Decision No. 56/2003/QĐ-BGDĐT dated December 10, 2003 of the Minister of Education and Training on the Charter of Colleges;
AT THE PROPOSAL OF THE HEAD OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE IN PRINTING COLLEGE.
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE THE REGULATIONS ON THE ORGANIZATION AND OPERATIONS OF THE IN PRINTING COLLEGE.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT FIFTEEN (15) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
Article 3. THE CHIEF OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE IN PRINTING COLLEGE, THE HEADS OF THE MINISTRY’S AGENCIES AND UNITS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS DECISION./.
