PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to Decree No. 12/CP dated March 11, 1996 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the General Post Office Corporation;
Upon the proposal of the Minister, Head of the Civil Service Organization Board of the Government, and the opinions of the General Post Office Corporation, the Central Committee for Propaganda and Ideology, and the Ministry of Culture and Information

Article 1. Agree to separate the postal publishing function within the Postal Information and Publishing Center mentioned in Point 2, Article 4 of Decree No. 12/CP dated March 11, 1996 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the General Post Office Corporation to establish the Postal Publishing House under the General Post Office Corporation.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance. The Director of the General Post Office Corporation, the Minister of Culture and Information, and the Minister, Head of the Civil Service Organization Board of the Government are responsible for implementing this Decision.
