CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF BEN TRE PROVINCE AND THE MINISTRY OF CIVIL SERVICE AND GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS, THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT DELEGATES TO VIETNAM RUBBER JOINT STOCK CORPORATION THE AUTHORITY TO RECRUIT, MANAGE, AND USE THE STAFF ESTABLISHMENT FOR HEALTH AFFAIRS BELONGING TO THE CORPORATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE RUBBER INDUSTRY AND SPECIFICALLY AS FOLLOWS: position of Civil Servant - Government,
DECREE:
Article 1. NOW, THE ADMINISTRATIVE BOUNDARIES OF MY HOA COMMUNE AND TAN XUAN COMMUNE ARE ADJUSTED TO ESTABLISH TAN MY COMMUNE IN BA TRI DISTRICT, BEN TRE PROVINCE AS FOLLOWS:
TAN MY COMMUNE IS ESTABLISHED IN BA TRI DISTRICT ON THE BASIS OF 1,064.58 HA OF NATURAL AREA AND 2,675 POPULATION FROM MY HOA COMMUNE, AND 171.09 HA OF NATURAL AREA AND 1,693 POPULATION FROM TAN XUAN COMMUNE.
TAN MY COMMUNE HAS 1,235.67 HA OF NATURAL AREA AND 4,368 POPULATION.
THE ADMINISTRATIVE BOUNDARIES OF TAN MY COMMUNE: EAST ADJACENT TO TAN XUAN COMMUNE AND BINH DAI DISTRICT; WEST ADJACENT TO MY HOA COMMUNE AND GIONG TROM DISTRICT; SOUTH ADJACENT TO MY HOA COMMUNE AND TAN XUAN COMMUNE; NORTH ADJACENT TO BINH DAI DISTRICT.
AFTER THE ADJUSTMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE BOUNDARIES TO ESTABLISH TAN MY COMMUNE:
MY HOA COMMUNE HAS 1,696.43 HA OF NATURAL AREA AND 5,793 POPULATION.
TAN XUAN COMMUNE HAS 2,497.02 HA OF NATURAL AREA AND 9,590 POPULATION.
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Lam Dong Province, the Minister of Home Affairs, and the Heads of relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
Article 3. THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF BEN TRE PROVINCE, THE MINISTER, THE HEAD OF THE CIVIL SERVICE AND GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS BOARD, AND THE HEADS OF RELATED AGENCIES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECREE./.
