THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION
On the basis of the Cultural Heritage Law and Decree No. 92/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Cultural Heritage Law;
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
Considering the Memorandum No. 1468/CV-UB-VX dated August 8, 2005 from the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh Province and the relic dossier;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Cultural Heritage.

Article 1. Classification of national monuments:
THE HISTORICAL RELIC VILLAGE K 130 COMMUNE TIEN LOC, DISTRICT CAN LOC, HA TINH PROVINCE
The protected area of the monument shall be determined according to the Minutes and map of the protected areas of the monument in the dossier.
Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the relics classified under Article 1 of this Decision are located shall perform state management over the historical relic Village K 130 in accordance with the laws on cultural heritage within their respective duties and powers.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Director of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh Province, the Director of the Department of Culture and Information of Ha Tinh Province, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
