ISSUING TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON STANDARDS, INSPECTION, MAINTENANCE, AND STORAGE OF HIGH-ALTITUDE METEOROLOGICAL EQUIPMENT AND TECHNICAL-ECONOMIC RATES FOR REGULAR INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE OF SUCH EQUIPMENT

Pursuant to the Ordinance on Exploitation and Protection of Hydro-Meteorological Works dated December 2, 1994;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 24/CP dated March 19, 1997 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Ordinance on Exploitation and Protection of Hydro-Meteorological Works; At the proposal of the Director General of the National Hydro-Meteorological Center, the Director of the Meteorology and Hydrology Department and Climate Change, the Head of the Planning Department, and the Head of the Legal Affairs Department.
Pursuant to Decree No. 21/2013/NĐ-CP dated March 4, 2013, promulgated by the Government, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment promulgates Technical Regulations on calibration, inspection, maintenance, and regular storage of high-altitude meteorological equipment and Technical-Economic Rates for regular inspection and maintenance of such equipment.
1. Technical regulations on calibration, inspection, maintenance, and regular storage of high-altitude meteorological equipment;

2. Technical-economic rates for maintenance and regular inspection work of high-altitude meteorological equipment.
This Circular shall take effect from November 26, 2014.
Article 2. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Director General of the National Hydro-Meteorological Center, the Director of the Meteorology and Hydrology Department and Climate Change, the Heads of units under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, the Directors of Provincial and Municipal Natural Resources and Environment Departments directly under the Central Government, relevant organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.
Article 3. In the course of implementation, if there are difficulties or obstacles, they are requested to report to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment for timely consideration and resolution./.
