THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS
Pursuant to the Law on Enacting Legal Regulatory Documents 2015;
Pursuant to Decree No. 16/2013/ND-CP dated February 6, 2013 of the Government on reviewing and systematizing legal regulatory documents;
Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2017/NĐ-CP dated April 3, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Legal Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Announce along with this Decision the List of legal regulatory documents that have been fully invalidated and partially invalidated in the field of state administration under the Ministry of Home Affairs for the first six months of 2019.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. Heads of units under and directly under the Ministry and related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
