DECISION

On the classification of national monuments

THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION

 On the basis of the Cultural Heritage Law and Decree No. 92/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Cultural Heritage Law;

Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;

Considering the Report No. 1964/UBND-VX dated October 6, 2005, of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang Province and the dossier on the historical site;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the National Heritage Department,

 DECISION:

Article 1. Classification of national monuments: the historical site of the Central Agricultural Propaganda Department (1952 – 1954) in Tan Trao Commune, Son Duong District, Tuyen Quang Province

Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the historical sites classified under Article 1 of this Decision are located shall, within their respective functions and powers, implement state management over the historical site of the Central Agricultural Propaganda Department (1952 - 1954) in accordance with the laws on cultural heritage.

Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.

Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang Province, the Director of the Department of Culture and Information of Tuyen Quang Province, and other relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
