THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION
On the basis of the Cultural Heritage Law and Decree No. 92/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Cultural Heritage Law;
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
Considering the Memorandum No. 1468/CV-UB-VX dated August 8, 2005 from the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh Province and the relic dossier;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Cultural Heritage.

Article 1. Classification of national monuments:
Within the scope of their duties and powers, the People's Committees at all levels where the monuments listed in Article 1 of this Decision are located shall implement state management over the historical monument The Grave and Church of Mr. Nguyen Huy Oanh in accordance with the laws on cultural heritage.
The protected area of the monument shall be determined according to the Minutes and map of the protected areas of the monument in the dossier.
Article 2. The Director of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh Province, the Director of the Department of Culture and Information of Ha Tinh Province, and other relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Culture Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh Province, the Director of the Department of Culture and Information of Ha Tinh Province, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
