THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE
Pursuant to Resolution No. 08/NQ-TW dated January 2, 2002 of the Politburo; Directive No. 10/CT-TTg dated March 19, 2002 of the Prime Minister on key tasks of judicial work in the near future; the Action Program of the Government for the term 2002-2007; the Overall Administrative Reform Program for ten years (period 2001-2010);
Pursuant to Decree No. 38/CP dated June 4, 1993 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Justice;
At the proposal of the Director of the Office of the Ministry of Justice.
DECISION:
Article 1. The Action Program of the Justice Sector for the period 2002-2007 is hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. Heads of units under the Ministry, Directors of Provincial Departments of Justice, Legal Departments of ministries and sectors, and organizations providing auxiliary judicial services are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
