REGARDING THE CORRECTION OF DECISION NO. 164/2002/QĐ-BTC

On December 27, 2002, the Ministry of Finance issued Decision No. 164/2002/QĐ-BTC on amending and supplementing the List and minimum prices of certain groups of goods subject to state price control for import tax calculation. Due to printing errors, some mistakes have occurred, which the Ministry of Finance now corrects as follows:
1- The minimum import price of certain types of passenger cars from Korea specified in Section II, Part F, Group 1 (page 32) of the Minimum Price Table of goods under the List of Groups of Goods Subject to State Price Control for Import Tax Calculation issued together with Decision No. 164/2002/QĐ-BTC dated December 27, 2002 of the Minister of Finance shall be amended as follows:
