OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE NO. 593 TC/KBNN
JUNE 10, 1995 ON SUSPENDING THE ISSUE OF TREASURY BILLS WITH A THREE-YEAR MATURITY PERIOD
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
- Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 178/CP dated October 28, 1994 on tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
- Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 25/CP dated April 5, 1995 on tasks, powers and organizational structure of the State Treasury under the Ministry of Finance;
- Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 72/CP dated July 26, 1994 on issuance regulations for government bonds;
Upon the proposal of the General Director of the State Treasury,
DECIDES
Article 1.- To suspend the issue of treasury bills with a three-year maturity period as decided by Decision No. 433 TC/KBNN dated May 28, 1994 of the Minister of Finance in thirty provinces and cities where such bonds are currently being issued from 16:30 on June 19, 1995.
Article 2.- The General Director of the State Treasury, heads of units under the Ministry of Finance, and directors of treasuries in provinces and cities issuing three-year maturity treasury bills are responsible for implementing this Decision.
