Regarding the issuance of the Regulation on the disbursement for certain expenditure tasks in foreign currency from the central budget
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to Decree No. 178/CP dated October 28, 1994 of the Government on the functions and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to Decree No. 87/CP dated December 19, 1996 of the Government detailing the delegation of management, preparation, implementation, and settlement of the State Budget;
Considering the proposals of the Director of the Department of Foreign Financial Affairs, the Director of the Department of State Budget, and the General Director of the State Treasury,

Article 1: The accompanying regulation on the disbursement for certain expenditure tasks in foreign currency from the central budget is hereby issued with this decision.
Article 2: This decision takes effect from the date of signing and replaces previous regulations on the disbursement of foreign currency expenditures from the central budget.
The Directors of the Department of Foreign Financial Affairs, the Department of State Budget, the General Director of the State Treasury, and the heads of units under the Ministry of Finance are responsible for implementing this decision.
