THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF THE PROVISIONAL DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Considering the serious situation
After the Council of Ministers had reached an agreement.
ISSUES A DECREE-LAW
Clause 1: Now prohibits Vietnamese citizens from enlisting, selling food, guiding, communicating, or serving as informants for French military forces.
Clause 2: Those who violate this order shall be brought to a military court and severely punished.
Clause 3: The Ministers of the Interior, Defense, and Justice are hereby entrusted with the implementation of this decree-law.
