Decision No. 60/2000/QD-BCN on announcing the list of licenses in the industry sector that have been stipulated in valid Laws and Decrees

DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY

Regarding the publication of the list of licenses in the Industry sector

which have been stipulated in Laws and Decrees still in effect

THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY

Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;

Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 30/2000/NĐ-CP dated August 11, 2000 on the abolition of some licenses and the conversion of some licenses into business conditions;

At the proposal of the Director of the Planning and Investment Department and the Director of the Legal Department.

DECISION:

Article 1The list of licenses in the Industry sector stipulated in Laws and Decrees still in effect is hereby published together with this Decision.

Article 2This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature.

Article 3The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Inspectorate, the Department Directors, the Bureau Chiefs under the Ministry, the Directors of the Provincial Departments of Industry under the central cities, and the Heads of related agencies and units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
