Regarding the approval of the Scheme for the reorganization and modernization of state-owned forest enterprises under the People's Committee of Quang Ninh Province
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 200/2004/NĐ-CP dated December 3, 2004 of the Government on the reorganization, modernization, and development of state-owned forest enterprises;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh Province,

Article 1. Approves the Scheme for the reorganization and modernization of state-owned forest enterprises directly under the People's Committee of Quang Ninh Province as follows:
Convert the following forest enterprises into forestry companies: Dong Trieu Forest Enterprise, Uong Bi Forest Enterprise, Hoanh Bo Forest Enterprise, Cam Pha Forest Enterprise, Ke Bao Forest Enterprise, Ba Che Forest Enterprise, Tien Yen Forest Enterprise, and Binh Lieu Forest Enterprise.
Article 2. Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh Province:
1. Direct the implementation of the reorganization and modernization of state-owned forest enterprises as stipulated in Article 1 of this Decision.
2. Adjust the area and boundaries of land types allocated to forestry companies in accordance with the local forestry development plan and relevant laws on land and forest development.
Article 3. The Ministries of Agriculture and Rural Development, Finance, Planning and Investment, Natural Resources and Environment, Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, Home Affairs, and related agencies shall cooperate with the People's Committee of Quang Ninh Province in implementing this Scheme.
Article 4. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh Province and heads of related agencies are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
