REGARDING THE ISSUE OF THE LIST OF PREPACKAGED GOODS SUBJECT TO STATE MANAGEMENT IN TERMS OF MEASUREMENTS

BASED ON THE MEASUREMENT LAW dated OCTOBER 6, 1999;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 22/CP dated MAY 22, 1993 of THE GOVERNMENT on the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science and Technology and Environment;
BASED ON ARTICLE 19 of DECREE NO. 06/2002/NĐ-CP dated JANUARY 14, 2002 of THE GOVERNMENT detailing the implementation of the Measurement Law;
At the request of the Director General of the Standardization, Measurement, and Quality Control Department,
Pursuant to …;
Article 1ANNEXED TO THIS DECISION is the "LIST OF PREPACKAGED GOODS SUBJECT TO STATE MANAGEMENT IN TERMS OF MEASUREMENTS".
Article 2. The Standardization, Metrology and Quality Control General Department shall be responsible for guiding and supervising the implementation of this Decision.
Article 3. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
Article 4. The Standardization, Metrology and Quality Control General Department, the Metrology and Quality Control Branches, and related organizations and individuals shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
