Regarding the issuance of the List of Livestock Breeding Materials that Must Have Quality Standards Announced

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decree No. 86-CP dated December 8, 1995 of the Government stipulating the division of responsibilities for state management over product quality;
Pursuant to Decree No. 14/CP dated March 19, 1996 of the Government on the Management of Livestock Breeding Materials;
On the proposal of the Director of the Bureau of Agricultural Extension and Forestry Extension, and the Director of the Department of Science, Technology, and Product Quality;
DECISION:
Article 1. The attached Decision promulgates the List of Livestock Breeding Materials that Must Have Quality Standards Announced (the list is attached hereto).
Article 2. Based on practical requirements, the List of Livestock Breeding Materials that Must Have Quality Standards Announced as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision will be reviewed for supplementation and amendment as necessary.
Article 3. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
Article 4. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Directors of the Bureau of Agricultural Extension and Forestry Extension, the Directors of the Department of Science, Technology, and Product Quality, the Directors of Provincial Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development, enterprises producing and trading in livestock breeding materials, and other relevant organizations and individuals shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.

1. Pig Breeds:
Purebred boars and sows of the following breeds: Mong Cai, Yorkshire, Landrace, Duroc, Pietrain.
Terminal cross boars and grandparent and parent cross sows.
Market pigs for meat production.
Semen from purebred boars.
2. Poultry Breeds:
Poultry breeds (chickens, ducks, geese, swans, etc.) from commercial products, parent stock, grandparent stock, or purebred stock of the following breeds:
2.1. Chicken Breeds:
Industrial broiler chicken breeds: BE, Avian, AA (Arbor Acres), Hubbard, Cobb, Ross, ISA-MPK, ISA-Colour.
Industrial layer chicken breeds: Leghorn, Brown Nick, Hyline, ISA Brown, Babcock 380, Gold-line.
Free-range chicken breeds: Kabir (K43, K400, K27, K2700...), ISA-JA (including colored lines), Tam Hoang (Jiangcun and 882), Luong Phuong, Sasso, Egyptian chickens.
Native chicken breeds: Gai Ri (Yellow Chinese), Rhode Island Red, Mía chickens.
2.2. Duck Breeds:
Meat-type ducks: CV Super M., Bai ducks.
Egg-type ducks: CV Layer 2000, Khaki Campbell, Co ducks.
2.3. Goose Breeds:
French goose breeds: R31, R51, R71, Super Heavy.
2.4. Swan Breeds:
Rheinland.
2.5. Pigeon Breeds:
French pigeon breeds (VN1, Titan, Mimas).
2.6. Poultry Eggs.
3. Cattle Breeds:
