Pursuant to …;
Article 1. Issuing the Regulation on the organization and operation of private universities.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect 45 days from the date of issuance.
The provisions set forth in this Regulation replace those provisions in the Regulation on the organization and operation of private universities issued together with Decision No. 14/2005/QĐ-TTg dated January 17, 2005 of The Prime Minister.
All previous provisions that conflict with the provisions of this Regulation are hereby abolished.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial and centrally-administered city People's Committees, and private universities are responsible for implementing this Decision.
