Decision No. 612/QĐ-BCT amends Circular No. 04/2022/TT-BCT dated January 28, 2022, issued by the Minister of Industry and Trade guiding the functions, tasks, and authorities of specialized agencies under provincial-level People's Committees and district-level People's Committees in charge of industry and trade.

AMENDING CIRCULAR NO. 04/2022/TT-BCT DATED JANUARY 28, 2022 GUIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, AND POWERS OF SPECIALIZED AGENCIES FOR TRADE AND INDUSTRY UNDER PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES DIRECTLY SUBORDINATE TO THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT AND COUNTY, DISTRICT, TOWN, CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES UNDER PROVINCES OR MUNICIPALITIES DIRECTLY SUBORDINATE TO THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT

MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE

Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Activities No. 80/2015/QH13 dated June 22, 2015; and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Legislative Activities No. 63/2020/QH14dated June 18, 2020;April 18, 2020;

Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing and providing for implementation measures of certain provisions of the Law on Legislative Activities; and Decree No.154/2020/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2020 amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2015 of the Government detailing and providing for implementation measures of certain provisions of the Law on Legislative Activities;

Pursuant to Decree No. 30/2020/NĐ-CP dated March 5, 2020 of the Government on archival work;

Pursuant to Decree No. 98/2017/NĐ-CP dated August 18, 2017 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;

At the proposal of the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Department.

DECISION:

Article 1. Amend technical errors in Clause 3, Point g, Subclause 4 of Article 2 of Circular No. 04/2022/TT-BCT dated January 28, 2022 guiding the functions, tasks, and powers of specialized agencies for trade and industry under provincial people's committees directly subordinate to the central government and county, district, town, city people's committees under provinces or municipalities directly subordinate to the central government (hereinafter referred to as Circular No. 04/2022/TT-BCT) as follows:

“Inspecting the acceptance work of project owners within the investment decision-making authority of the province and dams, reservoirs for irrigation and hydropower constructed on its territory in accordance with the law;” to “Inspecting the acceptance work of project owners within the authority to decide on investment by the province and dams, reservoirs for irrigation and hydropower constructed on its territory in accordance with the law;” Articlea hydropower plant constructed within the territory in accordance with the provisions of law;”

This Decision takes effect from the date of signature and is an integral part of Circular No. 04/2022/TT-BCT. Article 3.

The Director of the Ministry’s Office, the Department Head of the Cadre and Civil Servant Department, relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
