Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on Encouragement of Competition and Reward dated November 26, 2003, and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Encouragement of Competition and Reward dated June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 121/2005/ND-CP dated September 30, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Encouragement of Competition and Reward and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Encouragement of Competition and Reward;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Gia Lai Province (Report No. 905/TT-UBND dated April 7, 2008) and the Director of the Central Board for Encouragement of Competition and Reward (Report No. 580/TTr-BTĐKT dated May 9, 2008),
DECISION:
Article 1. Award commendation certificates of the Prime Minister to five collectives and eighteen individuals from Gia Lai Province (attached list), who have achieved remarkable results in their work from 2003 to 2007, contributing to the cause of building socialism and defending the country.
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Gia Lai Province, the Director of the Central Board for Encouragement of Competition and Reward, the collectives and individuals named in Article 1 shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
