Pursuant to the Law on Competition and Rewards dated November 26, 2003 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Competition and Rewards dated June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Cultural Information at the Grassroots Level.

Article 1. The attached Regulation on the recognition of the titles "Cultural Family", "Cultural Village", and "Cultural Residential Quarter" is hereby issued.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Chairmen of the People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, the Heads of the Office of the Ministry, the Directors of the Departments of Cultural Information at the Grassroots Level, the Directors of the Departments of Culture and Information, the Heads of units under the Ministry of Culture and Information, and other relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
