At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science and Technology and the Director of the Vietnam Vehicle Inspection Agency,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE THE TEMPORARY REGULATIONS ON QUALITY SAFETY TECHNICAL INSPECTION AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION FOR THREE-WHEEL MOTORCYCLES AND MOTORCYCLES DESIGNED FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES IN USE PRIOR TO JANUARY 1, 2008.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE; THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY'S INSPECTION DEPARTMENT; THE DIRECTORS OF THE DEPARTMENTS; THE DIRECTORS OF THE VIETNAM MOTOR VEHICLE INSPECTION AGENCY AND THE VIETNAM HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION; THE DIRECTORS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC WORKS); THE HEADS OF THE AUTHORITIES, ORGANIZATIONS, AND INDIVIDUALS RELATED TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS DECISION./
