THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Pursuant to Decree No. 178/2007/ND-CP dated December 3, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;
7. Components of a training program include a group of courses and other learning and research activities with common characteristics in specialized fields; clearly playing a role in achieving a set of goals and requirements of the training program. These components are used to design the overall structure of the training program (such as general education, basic sciences, core subjects, internships and experiences, scientific research, and other components).
DECISION:
Article 1. These Regulations on admissions for university and college programs with combined work and study are promulgated together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette and shall replace Decision No. 01/2001/QD-BGD&ĐT dated January 29, 2001 of the Minister of Education and Training regarding the admission examination for universities and colleges for combined work and study programs (the former part-time system) under the non-formal education method. All previous provisions contrary to this Decision are hereby abolished.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office, the Director of the Higher Education Department, the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training, the Rectors of universities and academies; the Presidents of university and college institutions are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
