Issuing the Framework Program for Intermediate Vocational Education in the Agricultural Extension and Forestry Industry

BASED ON THE EDUCATION LAW ON JUNE 14, 2005; THE AMENDMENT AND SUPPLEMENT TO CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE EDUCATION LAW ON NOVEMBER 25, 2009;

Pursuant to Decree No. 178/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 3, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;

Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law; and Decree No. 31/2011/NĐ-CP dated May 11, 2011 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP;

Pursuant to Decree No. 115/2010/NĐ-CP dated December 24, 2010 of the Government stipulating responsibilities for state management of education;

Pursuant to the Minutes of the Review Board dated December 24, 2009 of the Review Board for the Framework Program for Intermediate Vocational Education established pursuant to Decision No. 8769/QĐ-BGDĐT dated December 8, 2009 of the Minister of Education and Training;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Vocational Education;

The Minister of Education and Training decides:

Article 1. This Circular issues the Framework Program for Intermediate Vocational Education in the Agricultural Extension and Forestry Industry under the Agriculture group.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from February 1, 2012. The Framework Program issued with this Circular shall be used in educational institutions assigned the task of training this program at the intermediate vocational level.

Article 3. Based on the Framework Program stipulated in this Circular, educational institutions assigned the task of training the program specified in Article 1 shall organize to develop specific school training programs; compile or select textbooks; approve textbooks for use as teaching materials within the school based on the review by the Textbook Review Board established by the head of the educational institution.

Article 4. The Director of the Office, the Head of the Department of Vocational Education, the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training, and the Heads of educational institutions assigned to train the programs at the intermediate vocational level specified in Article 1 are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
