DECREE
NO. 62 DATED JUNE 18, 1949
PRESIDENT
VIETNAM DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC
Pursuant to Decree No. 57 dated May 3, 1946 organizing the Ministries and establishing Offices within the Ministries;
Pursuant to Decree No. 226-SL dated August 20, 1948 appointing Mr. Phạm Thành Vinh as Director of the Office and concurrently Deputy Director of Economic Affairs in the Ministry of Economy;
Pursuant to Decree No. 227-SL dated August 20, 1948 appointing Mr. Đoàn Trọng Truyền as Deputy Director of Economic Affairs in the Ministry of Economy;
At the proposal of the Minister of Economy;
In accordance with the resolution of the Council of Ministers;
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE:
Article 1
Appoints Mr. Đoàn Trọng Truyến as Director of Economic Affairs in the Ministry of Economy.
Article 2
The Minister of Economy shall implement this Decree.
