MINISTER OF AQUATIC RESOURCES
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 50/CP dated June 21, 1994 on the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Fisheries;
Based on the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department in the Report dated July 10, 2000;
DECISION:
Article 1. Issued together with this Decision are the following six industry standards:
1. 28TCN157:2000 "Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning Toxin in Soft-Shell Bivalves - High Performance Liquid Chromatography Quantitative Method"
2. 28TCN158:2000 "Diarrhetic Shellfish Poisoning Toxin in Soft-Shell Bivalves - High Performance Liquid Chromatography Quantitative Method"
3. 28TCN159:2000 "Paralytic Shellfish Poisoning Toxin in Soft-Shell Bivalves - High Performance Liquid Chromatography Quantitative Method"
4. 28TCN160:2000 "Mercury Content in Aquatic Products - Atomic Absorption Spectrometry Quantitative Method"
5. 28TCN161:2000 "Lead Content in Aquatic Products - Atomic Absorption Spectrometry Quantitative Method"

12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentThe above standards are encouraged for application by testing laboratories when conducting quality inspections of aquatic products and shall take effect from the date of issuance.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office; Heads of Departments and Bureaus; Head of the Ministry's Inspectorate; Directors of Fisheries Departments, Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development under their jurisdiction; Director of the Quality Control and Sanitation Testing Center; Heads of units with laboratories as stipulated in Article 2 and aquatic product processing facilities are responsible for implementing this Decision.
